Autumn Falling

This pattern has 2 blocks, a star block and a leaf block. The coloring in the blocks create a criss cross design drawing the eye from block to block and also frames the leaf block. Some of the techniques used in this are 4 patches and flying geese. This is a strong beginner quilt. See other images for yardage information. Many ask about the fabric in this quilt. The fabric used in this quilt was from the line designed by Fancy that Design House called “Songbook” and manufactured by Moda. A “Layer cake” with yardage for borders and corners of blocks, can be used for this quilt.
